Does 360° video replace the certificate?

No. The certificate is the identity and the grades. The video is the face-up truth those grades do not fully describe.

US guides

What to watch on 360° video before a diamond ships to the US

US buyers who skip the video are shopping the grade only.

The US decision

Pause face-up. That is the view on a hand. The profile view is for depth, not for falling in love with a reflection.

What to verify

If you can find the inclusion in five seconds on your phone, you will find it after delivery.

What to do next

Watch it before you request the diamond, not after the US carrier has it. Carat Mate ships the certified loose diamond and its lab report to United States addresses. Prices on the site are in USD. Wrong-item returns may be considered within 3 days of delivery, subject to review.
