Subject to review, we will take a return if we ship the wrong item, within 3 days after delivery.
Diamonds are sold as the specific certified stone you requested. Change-of-mind returns, preference changes, and Buyer's remorse are not accepted.
If we ship the wrong item (a different stone than the one on your order), contact us within 3 days of delivery. Returns of this kind are subject to review. Keep the diamond unused, in original condition, and with its original certification documents.
To start a review, email hello@caratmate.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a short description of the issue. Approved returns must follow the shipping instructions we provide so the stone travels back securely.
