When you browse, we may collect basic technical data (such as device and browser information) to operate and improve the site. When you checkout, we collect contact and shipping details required to process payment and deliver your order.
We use Google Analytics to understand how shoppers use the site (pages viewed, traffic sources, and key actions such as diamond requests). Google may process this data under its own terms; you can control ads personalization in your Google account settings.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on Carat Mate servers. Cart sessions may use a guest token so your cart can persist across visits.
