How US buyers can tell a stock photo from the actual diamond

Look for consistency: carat, shape, and inclusion location should agree across the still photo, the 360° view, and the certificate.

The US decision

If every stone on a site shares the same beauty shot, you are not seeing your diamond.

What to verify

Carat Mate listings are specific stones. Open the certificate and the media together before you request US delivery.

What to do next

A grade without media you can tie to the report is not enough. Carat Mate ships the certified loose diamond and its lab report to United States addresses. Prices on the site are in USD. Wrong-item returns may be considered within 3 days of delivery, subject to review.
