Returns are limited on purpose: subject to review, we will take a return if we ship the wrong item, within 3 days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
The 3 days start when the diamond is delivered. Open the parcel, match the report number to the stone you ordered, and contact us promptly if something does not match.
A return is considered when we shipped a different stone than the one on your order. Preference changes, size second thoughts, and Buyer’s remorse are not covered. Approved cases follow the instructions on the returns page.
Contact Carat Mate with your order number inside the 3 days and describe the mismatch. The returns page is the policy. This article is the US timing, not a second set of rules.
