You help shoppers in Albany compare certified loose diamonds: lab-grown and natural, the 4Cs, photos, and lab reports. You follow up when someone requests a specific stone. Prices stay in USD. You do not sell from a showcase, and Carat Mate does not operate a jewelry store in Albany.
The work is remote. You should be comfortable explaining a certificate in plain language and writing clear email follow-ups.
