Guides
A loose diamond shipped in the United States should travel insured, with the lab report, to the address you confirm when you buy that specific stone.
You are shipping a certified diamond, not a surprise grade. The parcel should include the stone and its lab report so you can match the inscription and the paperwork at delivery.
Carat Mate ships to the United States, and also to Canada and the UAE, from the same USD catalog.

Diamonds move as insured parcels. Do not ask a carrier to treat a loose diamond like ordinary mail. The point of insured transit is that loss in the carrier’s hands is a covered shipping problem, not a lost personal package with no trail.
Sign for delivery when the service requires it. Check the stone against the report before you set it or travel with it.

Shipping time depends on the carrier and the destination. Returns are clearer: subject to review, we will take a return if we ship the wrong item, within 3 days after delivery — not when it ships.
Match the report as soon as you open the parcel. The policy is on the returns page.

US shoppers see the same loose diamonds and the same USD prices as shoppers in Canada and the UAE. Location pages describe service. They do not split inventory by state.
If you want the stone held while you review it live, request the diamond first rather than assuming a listing stays available.
Carat Mate lists certified loose diamonds for shoppers in the United States, Canada, the UAE, London, and Australia. Prices are in USD everywhere. We ship to the United States, Canada, the UAE, London, and Australia.
