Medium or strong blue fluorescence can discount a diamond. Sometimes that discount is free money. Sometimes the stone looks hazy.
Do not auto-reject fluorescence on a US listing if the 360° view is crisp and white. Do reject a stone that already looks cloudy in the video.
The effect is judged face-up, in normal light, not under a nightclub lamp.
